A request is any API call made by your agent to execute an action, retrieve data, or process information. Simple queries and complex multi-step workflows count equally.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my request limit?
We'll notify you when you approach your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional request packs. Your agents won't stop working—we'll discuss options with you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Professional and Scale plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked. After that, we pro-rate remaining time on annual plans.
